My winery client introduced a new sangria trio concept for a fun weekend special. Each month they pick a lineup of 3 new flavors inspired by the seasonal offerings on their farm. I love seeing the creative wine cocktails they come up with and creating a unique menu inspired by each month's featured ingredients.
