Carmen's Lunch Bar
We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Carmen's Lunch Bar in Downtown Pensacola. A little backstory about this adorable spot. It was started by MariCarmen Josephs, who won the small business challenge held 5 years ago, where over 100 applicants submitted business plans for a small business loan in Pensacola. Her mother was a caterer and her father taught Spanish, so she grew up with a passion for Spanish food, that she pours into every dish that comes out of her kitchen
I was super inspired by her story and the passion she feels for her business. It is so clear how much it means to her when you hear her speak.
Carmen's Lunch Bar serves up amazing lunch dishes during the day and tapas at night.
