Best Resort on Pensacola Beach

So if y'all have been following along with me for a while, you know that I LOVE Pensacola, Florida. We had our honeymoon there, Dyl went to flight school there, we take a yearly family vacay there, etc. You get it. We really love this town.

This year's trip we were so thrilled to be working with the lovely team at Visit Pensacola, staying at the super fun Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach. This. Place. Is. The. Best. Friendly staff, comfy clean rooms, a lazy river, and just a few steps to the beach. Like, where do I sign up?

[The Rooms] They have both gulf and bay front view rooms. The beds are so comfy and the perfect place to crash after a day out in the Florida sunshine. We loved our patio and spent the mornings with our coffee taking in the stunning beach views.

[The Pool] YOU. GUYS. This pool is the thing of dreams. Complete with a killer lazy river, zero entry pool, kid's pool, and two jacuzzi tubs. Yeah, it hits all the high points. The lazy river was literally everyone's favorite part. Kids. Adults. We all loved it. The zero entry was great for littles and when you just wanted a little dip to cool off. And the best part is when you were ready for the beach, it was mere steps away.

[The Beach] And speaking of the beach... Yes, just yesssss! The white sandy beaches in Pensacola are among the best in the world and the Holiday Inn beaches were quiet, relaxed, and not at all overcrowded. We loved splitting our time between the pool and the ocean. We had the best view from our amazing Lazy Day Rental setup {more on them later}

[The Food] Riptides Cafe at the hotel serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner making it possible to never leave the Resort, which sounds good to me! Oh and parents, kids under 12 eat free, as in FREE of charge. Winning

You are also a short walk away to a ton of restaurants. Red Fish, Blue Fish, Flounders, Crabs, and Casino Beach Club to name a few. Looking for a night out? It’s a 10-15 uber to the downtown restaurant district.

[The Atmosphere] The Resort is super kid friendly! Like, there was so much family friendly fun. They had pirates and mermaids that would come out every afternoon and entertain the kiddos. They even set up a family movie night out on the pool patio! There was definitely no shortage of family activities, but the hotel was still perfect for a couple looking for a fun beach vacation.

We had such a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort. We will absolutely be back. So watch out Pensacola, you can't keep us away!
